South Korea has established itself as an integral part of the world’s scientific, economic, cultural, entertainment and art space. Therefore, learning Korean can attract academic and career opportunities.

Learning a new language helps improve cognitive and motor skills. As a result, a learner will become creative with incredible problem-solving skills and critical thinking. They will also have better concentration and memory retention. These qualities will be visible in their academic, professional and creative ventures.

Mastering Korean can help one explore cultural diversity with zero prejudice. One cannot understand and excel in Korean without diving into the nuances of Korean culture. For example, South Koreans respect personal space but also celebrate the feeling of community. In addition, they are keen on social etiquette that applies anywhere from home to the workplace. Understanding several layers of a culture can help them socially and ideologically.

You can travel, explore and ride the waves of the rhythm of Korea. In addition, you can develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for traditional music, dance and martial art forms. For example, Pansori, Gwanno Mask Dance, Ssireum, Nongak, Ganggangsullae, Namsadang Nori, Taekkyeon, Jultagi etc.

Learning Korean is an advantage when they want to pursue higher education or find job opportunities in South Korea. South Korea has some of the best universities in the world. Be it education or career, the opportunities lie vast in science, medicine, robotics, law, business, design, fashion, entertainment and media, trade, finance, language and linguistics, R&D, teaching, hospitality, tourism etc.

Korean is one of the easiest languages to learn. In 1446 King Sejong created Hangeul, the Korean alphabet, to tackle illiteracy using an easy and accessible script for the masses. It only contains 24 letters with 14 consonants and 10 vowels. To top it up, they are phonetical, which means there is no space for dilemma while reading and writing.

Korea is also free of genders making it less complicated. Honorifics may be the only thing that an English speaker may find unfamiliar. But it is easy to follow. Asians would find many common grounds regarding the structure of language. If their native tongue is Chinese, Japanese, or some of the Indian languages, they will quickly catch on.

It will take nearly 2200 hours to become fluent in Korean. The duration can always change depending on each individual’s pace and aptitude.

The best way is to use Korean entertainment content like Korean movies, K-drama, music, literature, podcasts, audiobooks etc. Watch your favorite shows with subtitles, and go through the lyrics of the songs; this would improve your speaking and listening skills. You can also use language apps with word games and tests.

Yes, all our students who complete the course get issued an accredited certificate.
